Bring It..LET'S RIDE..GOD'S Country east Tennessee

« on: August 08, 2010, 08:28:45 AM »

We had ( 8 ) bikes show-up this morning for the ride across The Great Smoky Mountains and The Blue Ridge Parkway ( 6 ) of those bikes was Valkyrie's  cool  . First couple pictures are my friend Paul new to him just yesterday 1997 Red/White Tourer. It's a sweet ride with 25,000 miles on it.I've just about got all my local ridin' bud's on a Valkyrie now  cool  We rode right at 300 miles today ( 298 miles ) through the beautiful Tennessee / North Carolina mountains.

We made a fuel stop in Cherokee , North Carolina and the folks ridin' this was from France they could'nt understand nothing we said and we could'nt understand nothing they said....Did'nt matter to Big Al he talked to them anyway  Smiley

This Mexican Resturant is on Hwy.276 'bout half way between The Blue Ridge Parkway and I-40 just outside of Maggie Valley .I've had better however we was gettin' hungry.I don't even remember the name of the place

The money shot  Smiley

always like reading your ride reports

I have GOT to start taking movies again with my camera mount. We have some nice roads here too all I need to do is figure out how to make it look like I am actually leaning the bike over enough to spark the pegs Grin
