Troll Stroll/Mt. Horeb area,

Maybe by then I might have the I/S cleaned up some since riding back from work lately at night sure splatters the bugs all over so bad I can barely see thru the windshield right now.  Haven't washed or even cleaned the bike in nearly 3 months now and it sure looks pathetic.  Maybe finally with this nice cooler weather in the morning coming my way I might have the ambition to step outside and get er' done.

I don't know this firsthand, but maybe Valker can offer some advise/tips on getting it nice and sparkly again!  Grin Grin Grin
Yah, I heard this Valker fellow sure cleans them up real nice and spot free.  What is your secret there Valker?  Grin Grin Grin

I'm open to any of the remaining weekends this month. If TAZ ever gets his computer figured out, maybe he'll let us know what works for the Chicago folks!

Nitro came up with connecting to the Slimey Crud Run in October if the weather cooperates so Saturda ride would be Mt Horeb ride and Sunday the Crud ride so that should work nice.

The dates would be October 2nd and 3rd. The Slimey Crud Run is an unusual ride that takes place every spring and fall. It starts in Pine Bluff, WI and ends in Leland, WI which is only 30 or so miles away. A bike show of sorts takes place at both points and includes an incredible variety of cycles that are old, new, rare, etc. There is no prescribed route between the start and ending point. I think we put in over 100 miles last spring making up our own route through the gorgeous, hilly area.

The SCR website: http://www.slimeycrudrun.com/

Here's a video shot last spring when TAZ, Big Daddy, and I did the Run. There were an estimated 3,000 bikes there!

There are also some people that will likely be coming down from the Minnesota area on Valks, so we should have a decent showing there.
