Had my clutch rivet plate fail, got the plate in and did a rebuild of the clutch. Tested the Valk out earlier in the week and it acted like it was starved for fuel.

Found that the quick disconnect line was badly kinking in two places so replaced most of the line. Now she's running well again and we headed to Harrison, AR for a ride on the Pig Tail and the Boston Mountain area.

Glad you're rolling again!

Seems like everybody's having issues with that quick disconnect kit. Have any of you contacted Red Eye?

How is the trip to Arkansas going?

Did you get a chance to see Laura while in her neighborhood?

No, Nitro, I do need to contact them though, it's been on over a year. The engine heat seems to have made the outer plastic sleeve distort and slide up the line plus the inner sleeves moved inside the lines.

Oss, we did a three day trip over there and stayed in Harrison, beautiful weather day one, rained day two and I decided to skip the pigs trail but we drove to one of the battlefields and rode through it in the rain then we headed back to the house the next morning in the rain. Still had a great ride though and the pigs trail isn't going anywhere so there will be a next time!
