I'm getting a new Valk and was wondering about the best add-ons - anybody's experience would helpful
Hondaline windshield OK? - I'm 6 feet. Floorboards - are they worth it or are the pegs perfectly fine? Which saddlebags, without taking out a mortgage? Thanks

cool
I have an I/S so mine came with the windshield and bags.
Personally I didn't like the stock pegs at all. I went with the Cobra floor boards and the Rattlebars Kickshifter. I really like that set up. Took me a while to justify the cost of the floorboards but once I got them installed, I wondered why I waited so long.

Thanks - and can anybody fit the floorboards and the kick shift - I'm no mechanic but also not an idiot - hey, I'm getting a Valk, aren't I?

..but then again, I am a 'tad' contrary. I like the Honda saddlebags best, but I like the Corbin Beetle Bags a lot also. Champion makes a nice set. Find one you like and go with that.

I've put the Hondaline screen on - love it.  I am 5'11''

I've kept the stock pegs, no problem for me, floor boards are a nice option though...

I went with Leatherlyke bags - a great choice for me - easy to install, a piece of cake actually, I have them so far 2 years - no fading, they are lockable and look real nice - at least in my opinion.

Welcome aboard...
